TEHRAN -- Governor of Central Bank of Iran Mohsen Nourbakhsh says his bank authorizes qualified credit institutions and private banks to render foreign exchange services in free trade zones (FTZs).

Nourbakhsh told IRNA on Tuesday that the applicants should have necessary skilled personnel as well as software and hardware potential.

He said foreign exchange brokers had already been allowed to get engaged in such trade.
